Welcome to the online application for volunteers of ministry, service, or training programs.

 

As of 4-1-2015, The Floyd County Jail Administration requires that all ministry and volunteers that are going to visit inmates register online and be approved for on-site visitation. You will need to complete the following in order to be considered for approval:

 

1. Please review the following PowerPoint Presentation "Floyd County Corrections Volunteer Orientation & Training"

 

 

 

 

2. Complete the below online application and submit.

3. Digitally Sign the Online Form below stating that you have read and  understand the hold harmless information and release your confidential information to the Floyd County Sheriff's Department for a background check. As well that you have reviewed the Volunteer PowerPoint and understand all of the inforamtion.

 

After you submit the forms:

1. We will conduct a background investigation.

2. We will notify you by phone or email that you are on the approved list for ministry or volunteers.
